About
One company, built in the right order.
KRM is the parent. Three businesses sit under it and feed each other — the agents that recover revenue, the operating system that will run on what they learn, and the consulting that turns both into advice a practice can act on.
The three divisions
PULSE Agents
Done-for-you AI agents that recover revenue a practice is already losing: missed calls, lapsed patients, treatment that was diagnosed and never scheduled. Each one is built, run, and improved for the practice. This is the business that exists today, and the one you can buy.
PULSE OS
Every agent that runs deposits operational data. PULSE OS is the layer that turns that into a system a practice can be run from — where every function has an owner and a number attached to it. It is not finished, and nobody is using it yet.
PULSE Consulting
Finding the leak is its own job. The diagnosis works from a practice's real numbers rather than estimates, and decides which agents are worth building. Over time, with enough practices running agents, it stops being one practice's numbers and starts being a benchmark.
Why dental, and why only dental.
PULSE Agents works in dental practices today. The agents are not dental-specific by nature — what is dental-specific is knowing where a practice loses money, and that only comes from working inside one kind of business until you understand it properly. A generalist does not know that a diagnosed crown sits unscheduled in the software for months. Other industries come after dental is done well, not alongside it.
Where this is going
The agency is the front door.
Each agent recovers money for one practice. Enough of them, in enough practices, and the picture stops being anecdotal. That is what PULSE OS is for, and it is why the order matters: sell the agent, run it properly, learn from it, then build the layer on top.
