1. Agreement to terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and of the services provided by KRM (Karame Resource Management), a sole proprietorship operated by Ziad Karame in Clearwater, Florida. By using the site or the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Services

KRM provides done-for-you AI automation services for small businesses — we build, run, and maintain automations that plug into the tools a business already uses.

These services include SMS-based communications sent on behalf of participating businesses, such as the missed-call text-back service described below.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program description. Missed-call text-back: a customer calls a participating business, the call goes unanswered, and an automated text message is sent back to that caller inviting them to reply or book an appointment.

Consent. By calling the participating business, the caller consents to receiving that automated text reply.

Message frequency. Messages are conversational and low in volume — recurring replies within a conversation, not marketing blasts.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sender identity. Messages are sent by Ziad Karame, KRM (Karame Resource Management), Clearwater, Florida, on behalf of the participating business the customer called.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site or services for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or services.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the services without our written permission.
  • Clients must not use the SMS service to send unsolicited messages or messages to people who have not consented or who have opted out.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site, along with the KRM and PULSE names, marks, and materials, belongs to KRM. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue figure, or outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, KRM and Ziad Karame are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the site or services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
